also, the fridge for breakfast definitely woudl ve been a lot more refreshing if it was cold enough. you’d think the owners would roll out the red carpet for a guest like me, but that was clearly too much to ask.

This place was perfect for our visit! The Deluxe King Room was spacious and charming. Joan was incredibly kind and even had coffee available for our early departure. The neighborhood was lovely for a stroll, adding to our New England experience. Highly recommend!

The bathroom was labeled "private," but it was actually down the hall, which felt uncomfortable. I had to walk past other guests with my toiletries, which was awkward and uninviting. Additionally, the room's decor felt outdated and tired, leaving me disappointed about the overall value.

The breakfast here was a feast! Fresh fruit, boiled eggs, and those cozy blankets made mornings feel like a dream. Also, my room was super clean and spacious, perfect for lounging after long days of exploring the culinary scene. I loved my cozy, comfy stay.

After a late arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the windows blocked out airport noise! The surrounding neighborhood, with its stunning homes, was lovely for a morning stroll. The charming hostess provided a great restaurant recommendation, making our short stay even better.
